C3 Counsellor

We are now looking to hire a trained Counsellor to join our team.

Job Description

  • The counsellor is to provide counselling support and develop intervention plan for youths, from 13 to 24 years old.
  • The ultimate goal is to improve the youths’ psychological and emotional wellbeing.
  • The youth counsellor is trained to deal with a wide scope of issues and will be required to work with youths in an individual and group setting.


  • To provide individual counselling for youths in need
  • To provide group counselling for youths and their families
  • To organize and conduct psycho-education workshops and support groups
  • To coordinate and run outreach and public education activities relating to mental health
  • To network with relevant stakeholders and external organizations
  • To conduct, analysis of, develop, implement and grow counselling programmes and services to meet the needs of the community
  • To plan, execute and evaluate on-going counselling programmes and services


  • Possess Bachelor or Masters in Counselling; Graduate Dip in Counselling with related qualifications or experience may also be considered
  • Have some experience in individual counselling and group work preferably in mental health areas
  • Able to work with youths, families and other stakeholders
  • Member of or is eligible for membership with The Singapore Association for Counselling
  • Conversant in English, and preferably, a second language
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Pleasant and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as a team as well as independently
  • Driven by passion to serve
  • Mature and pleasant disposition
